"Cara, hoje eu tô feliz por muitas coisas".

Os olhos claros do meu amigo Gui Prestes me disseram isso, enquanto olhavam para aquilo tudo. Ele finalmente via a possibilidade de abraçar, uma voz amiga. Via sua irmã vestida de branco, distribuindo cumprimentos e risadas com os amigos. Via sua mãe preenchendo aquela noite de vermelho, e ao mesmo tempo, via seu Pai, presente e distribuindo vida.

Mas conforme ele via, eu também fazia o mesmo. Eu vi um cara alto, amoroso com a moça vestida de branco. Próximo a ele, duas pessoas que simbolizavam família, não entendiam a língua daquela gente toda, mas entendiam a linguagem de felicidade, que era geral. Os olhos de todos, entenderam.

Meus olhos também entenderam, aliás, eu cuido muito deles. Sou cuidadoso a quem se coloca em frente a eles, pois seria muito injusto gastar tempo de visão com quem não os fazem brilhar. Eles não iriam gostar.
